*** I have graduated. This page is no longer being updated. ***

I am a fourth-year Ph.D. Candidate in the Computer Science Department at Stanford University.

I am part of the OS group that is developing the operating system for the FLASH machine and is doing extensive work in simulation technology. My work on the Hive OS and on the FLASH multiprocessor involves providing support for fault containment both in the FLASH hardware and in Hive. I have extended IRIX 5.2 with support for providing a single system image across multiple kernels, a fast kernel-to-kernel RPC mechanism, crash detection and crash recovery algorithms. My current work involves designing and implementing support for hardware fault containment in the FLASH multiprocessor.

Before coming to California, I was living in the city of Vienna, Austria.
